Dan has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and has trained clients of all ages and sizes. His focus is a holistic approach to fitness that utilizes meditation and affirmations to change the way we think and feel about ourselves.
As a result, we not only stay in shape but feel amazing! Dan also has a Masters Degree in Counseling which he uses to coach and empower his clients.
