Private Yoga Sessions
Sessions Can Be in Home or at a Studio – Your first session is Free
Michael Mukunda Chandra Kohan also works with many private and group clients at their home and work environments. His special private session begins with an enlightened 5-minute talk encouraging inspiring words of wisdom for living in today’s world. He then leads students and clients into a challenging and comprehensive asana practice tailored to the needs of the individual student (first time students are always encouraged). Then he closes with a long savasana (sleep pose) where a nurturing hands-on approach to massage and aromatherapy is applied utilizing relaxing and revitalizing essential oils and lotions such as lavender, lemongrass, sweet orange oil and peppermint for the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation.
Private yoga instruction can be an excellent way to get balanced: body, mind and soul. A one on one session can really take your yoga to the next level!
