What is Coaching

Inside all of us is a powerful spark of the divine – and yet, as life’s challenges grind and wear us down, many of us forget that inner spark. However, that spark never leaves us – and if we stray too far from it, we will be unhappy in our life.

As a life coach, my “particular work” is about helping my clients to rediscover their spark. I believe that you hold all the answers to all the questions in your life and that you are already equipped to claim everything that you dream of.

You are, in other words, the true expert in the room! My passion and professional calling is to help you by guiding you to the right questions and then equip you with the tools, knowledge, and techniques you need to best tackle issues in your life and enact true spiritual and personal growth

One thing that life coaching is not, is therapy. While therapy and life coaching complement each other very well, coaching is more focused on helping you to develop a strategic toolset to move forward in life.

We make choices every day – life coaching is a choice that helps you to make mindful choices, conscious of the effect they will have on your life as a whole. In turn, you start building the foundations for a balanced life that fulfills your deepest needs, giving you the happiness that you may feel is missing at the moment.

My Passion & My Approach

My passion is also my life purpose: to help people like you to get unstuck, rediscover their life purpose, and then create an actionable plan to effect real personal growth.

As spiritual beings living a material existence, our happiness is not dependent on what we have, but who we are.

Rather than advocate a specific religious approach, I present a holistic spiritual toolkit that draws upon eastern philosophy and our inner divine spirit to effect genuine progress and change.

My approach is derived from over a decade of extensive training covering many disciplines which integrate the holistic unity of mind, body, and spirit. In practice, this means combining Bhakti yoga philosophy and wisdom, Ayurvedic science, mindfulness, neuro-linguistic programming, time management, and goal settings.

I offer a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all my clients. We are on an incredible journey together, and I want all clients to feel supported. I am not here to push you to your limits or punish you but instead to celebrate and commiserate with you on your path to a happy and fulfilling life.

Most of all, I believe in the healing power of laughter, and its powerful restorative properties. It’s important to remember that life should be fun and playful at its heart and that we are on a joyful journey of personal growth and discovery.

So while the work we will do together is serious, that does not mean that we cannot have a little fun along the way!

LIFE COACHING: WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

As a life coach, the core of my job is based on helping you to look at your life objectively, pinpoint issues in key areas of your life and then create a plan that resolves those issues.

All sessions are confidential and non-judgmental: the purpose is to explore what is holding you back and develop a lasting strategy to combat them effectively.

What you will not experience is a pressure to take action before you are ready, motivated, and committed to making a difference in your life.

Instead, I aim to empower you by transforming your outlook, uplifting your energy levels, rediscovering your stability, and experiencing the joy of living a fulfilled life.

While the experience varies from person to person, my job is to help you to experience greater personal growth and work toward the life that you deserve – nothing more and nothing less.

What goals can life coaching help with?

Life coaching will help you to break free of limiting beliefs and negative patterns of behavior that have built up over the course of your life. My goal is to cut through the chaos and identify what you truly want in life.

In doing so, we can then identify a plan of action to move forward and attain that goal. There is no distinction between the professional and the personal: what matters is your personal growth, and what you need to do to attain it.

How long should I get life coaching for?

I personally do not advocate any fixed terms for life coaching. For some people, a few short sessions may be enough – while for others, a year or more of work may be required to derive the full benefit of the coaching.

For this reason, I don’t offer long-term commitments. It is my goal to help you get maximum value from each session for a rewarding experience. Additionally, you can cancel at any time.
